Cet outil conceptuel et pratique permet aux acteurs sociaux (organisations publiques, communautaires, priv&eacute;es, acad&eacute;miques, etc.) de mobiliser l&rsquo;id&eacute;e d&rsquo;inclusion en tenant compte de la nature sociale des &ecirc;tres humains et de son ancrage dans l&rsquo;espace et le temps.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Il faut comprendre l&rsquo;espace d&rsquo;interaction inclusif comme un &laquo; comment &raquo; plut&ocirc;t qu&rsquo;un &laquo; quoi &raquo;. Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas simplement d&rsquo;objets ou de lieux, bien que ceux-ci soient pris en compte, mais plut&ocirc;t des interactions entre les &ecirc;tres humains. Par exemple, ce n&rsquo;est pas une question de savoir combien de chaises sont install&eacute;es dans un lieu, mais de se questionner sur le sens et l&rsquo;objectif de cette disposition pour r&eacute;pondre &agrave; plusieurs besoins humains simultan&eacute;ment.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>L&rsquo;espace d&rsquo;interaction inclusif, issu de la recherche et de la pratique communautaire, offre une fa&ccedil;on d&rsquo;observer et d&rsquo;agir sur la r&eacute;alit&eacute;. Il constitue une r&eacute;ponse possible lorsqu&rsquo;on cherche &agrave; comprendre l&rsquo;inclusion (et l&rsquo;exclusion) entre &ecirc;tres humains et lorsqu&rsquo;on vise la transformation des environnements sociaux.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Une br&egrave;ve d&eacute;finition\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>L&rsquo;espace d&rsquo;interaction inclusif est un ensemble de moyens disponibles dans un moment et un lieu facilitant le d&eacute;ploiement de r&eacute;ponses actives aux besoins humains \u003Cstrong>d&rsquo;identit&eacute;, de participation et de compr&eacute;hension\u003C\u002Fstrong>. Il facilite la mise en place de moyens de reconnaissance permettant aux participants d&rsquo;occuper une place significative. Il y a un effort &agrave; faire pour cr&eacute;er d&rsquo;autres espaces d&rsquo;interaction inclusifs. L&rsquo;existence et le renforcement d&rsquo;un espace d&rsquo;interaction inclusif d&eacute;pendent de son interaction avec d&rsquo;autres espaces inclusifs.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Expliciter ce qu&rsquo;il exclut :\u003C\u002Fstrong> Cr&eacute;er un espace d&rsquo;interaction inclusif implique de reconna&icirc;tre la tension entre inclusion et exclusion. Il faut &ecirc;tre conscient que cet espace n&rsquo;est pas la r&eacute;ponse ultime au besoin fondamental d&rsquo;avoir une place. Il existe toujours une part d&rsquo;exclusion, parfois latente. Un espace d&rsquo;interaction inclusif, sensible au besoin de compr&eacute;hension, permet aux personnes de se questionner et de discuter des exclusions possibles. Ces exclusions peuvent &ecirc;tre de nature op&eacute;rationnelle (nombre de personnes admises), conceptuelle (type de sujet abord&eacute;), temporelle (plage horaire), physique (taille de l&rsquo;espace), comportementales (certains comportements sont exclus), etc. Parler des &eacute;l&eacute;ments d&rsquo;exclusion doit servir &agrave; cr&eacute;er des ponts de collaboration avec d&rsquo;autres espaces et &agrave; aider &agrave; la cr&eacute;ation de nouveaux espaces prenant en compte les exclusions identifi&eacute;es.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003C\u002Ful>\n\u003Cp>Cr&eacute;er un syst&egrave;me d&rsquo;espaces d&rsquo;interaction inclusifs n&eacute;cessite de reconna&icirc;tre l&rsquo;universalit&eacute; de notre humanit&eacute; commune et la diversit&eacute; des fa&ccedil;ons de l&rsquo;incarner. Cela demande un effort constant de partage et de concertation entre les acteurs sociaux. Il faut &eacute;galement comprendre que nous vivons dans une soci&eacute;t&eacute; qui valorise une vision individualiste de nous-m&ecirc;mes, alimentant une illusion d&rsquo;ind&eacute;pendance qui nuit &agrave; notre bien-&ecirc;tre.
